Benchlands

Located North West of Cougar Creek below Lady MacDonald on a lovely wooded slope, the Benchlands are named after the geographical bench that forms on this side of the Valley. Local folks in Canmore enjoy the sunny side of the Valley here with great long evenings in the summer and spectacular views. A very good mix of large single family homes and lovely townhomes make up the mix of real estate found here. Most of the area was built starting in the 1990’s, however there are some new builds in the area along with some nice renovations.

The proximity to the Town Centre is quite appealing, along with the other amenities in the area that include Cougar Creek, Elementary Schools, trails, and dining, Benchlands, is a great location choice in Canmore.

A wonderful family location with its calm streets and desirable location, the homes of Benchlands are small in number, but a consistently popular spot for both full time residents and those looking for an expansive weekend retreat.
